I’ve confessed to you in the past that I eat Skinny Peanut Butter Power Muffins almost every day for breakfast. I have 2 dozen in my freezer right now! Well, I decided to take that recipe and make it- you guessed it- chocolate!

These muffins do not have a super-strong chocolate flavor, but you do taste it when you sink your teeth into these soft muffins. The great thing about these muffins, other than the subtle chocolate flavor, is the nutritional value. No butter and no oil! Instead, these muffins are made with bananas, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and other nutritional ingredients! Win. Win.

I like substituting in whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour, I like adding in oats, using bananas instead of butter, or even mixing in fruit from time to time. It’s fun to customize muffins!
